JOIN BUFFALO RIVER CHAPTER BCHA
We Keep Your Trails Open
If you enjoy riding the beautiful trails of the Buffalo National River and would like to help keep those trails open to all, come join us. We meet on a regular basis, usually twice a month, to maintain trails and discuss issues that affect trail access. Quarterly membership meetings are held in Harrison, Arkansas, and we also camp with our equine friends several times each year. As a member you will have access to our Members Only Facebook page, so you will always know about work days, camping trips and other special events.
Your membership in Buffalo River Chapter Back Country Horsemen also includes membership at the State and National levels. You’ll receive a quarterly newsletter from BCHA, keeping you informed on issues that affect trail riders. Because BCHA is a nationally respected organization that advocates for the wise, sustainable use of stock on public lands, your membership ensures that you have a voice in Washington, D.C. when access to public lands is at stake.
If trail work is not for you but you want to help keep your favorite trails open, remember there are lots of ways to serve. We can find a place for you.
